This morning I opened an email from my attorney letting me know that Justin has retained a Beverly Hills attorney and has filed a motion for out original custody hearing to be set aside because he claims he "didn't understand" it and wants to REDO the custody evaluation.
I am waiting to hear from my attorney as to how we are going to proceed...

What a mess. What a disaster. What is he thinking? Seriously. I'm so sorry.
Now people...read my fb comment, but if you didn't already know, Justin is a jack a** and he has proven that time and time again. If he wants to do this all over again, at least Kristin and Mackenzie are in Arizona as part of a "real" family. Justin is either, lonely, bored, stupid or just an a** or possibly all of the above. We all know how this will end...with him looking like the jerk he is and Kristin and Mackenzie in Arizona with Stephen, little Stephen, Kol, and baby girl. So, in the meantime, let's see how we can make his life hell. What do you say folks? Lisonbees unite.
