We got the house!! You know what that means?? Plenty of room for y'all to come and stay with us anytime. And, we have a pool! But that's not all. It gets better. Apparently, the house was appraised several months ago when the market was at its lowest point. So, the the house can only be sold at 340K instead of 375K which we were going to pay.
Somebody pinch me because I must still be dreaming. It's all so surreal!
