Our First Home!

Hey folks! I was going to wait to publish this news until we had some better pictures but we have come to terms on a house and are now in the option period...so that means we've put down earnest money and have our inspection Saturday but we'll close some time the end of this month. It's not much, but we call it home. Three hundred grandiose square feet of home sweet home and everyone's invited to come and visit. Feast your eyes on me and Braun on our front porch. It's a beaut, ain't it Clark? This is actually a pioneer house just west of Temple Square. It was teeny but so cool to see. Amazing when you think about the conditions under which those pioneers survived.

So seriously, we'll circulate pictures soon after we get some good shots of our house. It's a cute brick house north of Dallas and we're in love with it. We both knew it when we walked in that we'd found the place we'd spend our next few years. We're nervous, excited and baffled that we actually did it. I'll be happy to hear decorating tips as soon as we get in. Yay new house!
